Real Madrid striker Borja Mayoral is ready to sign for AS Roma.
Mayoral's agents were in Italy on Thursday for talks with Roma officials.
Roma are to sign Mayoral on loan with option to buy. While some sources have it as a one-year loan, Corriere dello Sport reports it's a two-year period with option to buy in June 2022.
Before that can happen, he needs to extend the current contract with Real Madrid, which only runs to June 2021.
Mayoral's decision could mean Luka Jovic staying in Madrid this season.
