Lazio have snapped up SPAL wing-back Mohamed Fares.
An agreement was settled towards the end of last season and was confirmed on Thursday evening.
Fares was forced to wait as Lazio cleared their books to make room for his arrival.
The deal is reported to be worth in the region of €10m.
