Borja Valero is happy with his move to Fiorentina.
The veteran midfielder joined the Viola from Inter Milan.
"When I knew that I would not sign a contract extension with Inter I had no doubts in front of Fiorentina," the Spanish midfielder told Il Corriere Fiorentino.
“I also received other offers, but my link with this city and with this club is special.
"I have not lost the desire to play and fight for a spot, five substitutions will be useful. I want to prove I am still a football player."
