Manchester United chiefs are upbeat about clinching an agreement with free agent Edinson Cavani.
The Sun says club insiders are convinced the Uruguay striker can have a similar impact on the club as cult hero Zlatan Ibrahimovic.
Cavani, 33, was released by Paris Saint-Germain in June and is due in Manchester on Sunday ahead of agreeing a two-year contract worth about £200,000-a-week.
