Valencia defender Mouctar Diakhaby is attracting Premier League interest.
PSG have made contact with Diakhaby's camp about a late return to France before next week's transfer deadline.
However, France Football says PSG won't get a clear run at the defender if VCF choose to sell.
West Ham United and Fulham are also keen on the defender.
