Newcastle United have suffered a blow over Martin Dubravka's expected return to action.
The goalkeeper underwent surgery to his heel in August with the expectation he would be available to play in six weeks' time.
However, The Times is reporting Dubravka is now not expected to be seen until December.
The 31 year-old's treatment in his recovery has taken slower than expected.
Last season, Dubravka played 39 games for the Toon, recording 11 clean sheets.
