Barcelona defender Gerard Pique has explained committing to a new contract.
Pique has accepted a pay-cut to sign a new deal to 2024.
He told La Vanguardia: "Did I really think about leaving?
"If the leaders or the coach who was to come didn't count on me, I had no problem. Barça is above everything.
"And I continue to think so."
