Temco: Four in Tawau to be charged with violating SOP

TAWAU: Four individuals will be charged with violating the Covid-19 standard operating procedure (SOP) in the district, including crossing districts during the Targeted Enhanced Movement Control Order (Temco), police said Wednesday.

Tawau District Police Chief ACP Peter Umbuas said six others had been issued compound fines for committing similar offences, which have been recorded since Sept 29.

“Members of the public are advised to adhere to the SOP issued by the authorities for the benefit of all, (and) to observe physical distancing.
