Three men in B’fort compounded

BEAUFORT: Three men aged between 26 and 34 were compounded for violating the Covid-19 standard operating procedure (SOP) during the Recovery Movement Control Order (RMCO), here, Wednesday.

District Police Chief DSP Azmir Abd Razak (pic) said the first involved a man at a motorcycle shop in Beaufort Jaya, while the other two involved one at an air- conditioning centre and the other at a billiard shop in Membakut.

All three were compounded under Article 11(1) of the Infectious Disease Prevention Regulations (measures within the Local Infections area) No. 8 of 2020.
