Kota Kinabalu: Young Sabahans are being given the chance to access 150 electronic books for free while they are home-bound during the Conditional Movement Control Order (CMCO), thanks to a donation from a regional publishing group to the State Library.State Library Director Maria Binti Sinti lauded the RM 100K contribution from Pelangi Publishing Group, saying that many of the titles were geared to helping youngsters keep up with the demands of their respective educational institutions. “The collaboration between Pelangi, the Sabah State Library and Xentral Methods Sdn Bhd aims to help kids whose education has been disrupted with the closure of child-care centres, kindergartens and schools as a result of the escalating Covid-19 cases in the State,” she said.
