Rangers boss Steven Gerrard is eyeing released West Ham United midfielder Jack Wilshere.
Wilshere was cut loose by the Hammers this week, with the midfielder insisting he is fully fit.
A move north to Ibrox is now being tipped, with Gazzetta dello Sport's Nicolo Schira stating talks are underway.
He posted to social media: "Former Arsenal and West Ham midfielder Jack #Wilshere is in advanced talks with Rangers.
"They can sign him as a free-agent."
