Wolves midfielder Joao Moutinho says PSG striker Kylian Mbappe should test himself in England.
Mbappe is being linked with Liverpool and Real Madrid for next summer's market.
Former AS Monaco teammate Moutinho told France Football: "His future? PSG, Liverpool or Real Madrid? England is the best league in the world. Considering how he loves football, I know he would love to play here.
"But it is not an easy decision. Whether to stay or to try a new adventure, it is up to him to decide. And to know what is best for him..."
