Covid-19: No ‘honeymoon period’ for new YBs

Kota Kinabalu: The Federation of Chinese Associations Sabah (FCAS) hoped that the China Government, through its consulate in Kota Kinabalu, will include Sabah among its priority recipients for the China-produced Covid-19 vaccine.

Its President Tan Sri T.C Goh (pic) also appealed to China’s Consul-General in Kota Kinabalu, Liang Caide to continue to provide necessary assistance to Sabah to help it get through the third wave of the pandemic.

He also called on all quarters including all the recently-appointed members of the State Cabinet, to work closely with the Ministry of Health and other relevant government departments and agencies, to come up with effective-and-comprehensive measures to better contain the virus.
