Manchester United have left senior defensive pair Phil Jones and Marcos Rojo off their Champions League list.

Goalkeeper Sergio Romero has also missed the cut.

New signing from Penarol Facundo Pellistri has been included in the 25-man squad, alongside Edinson Cavani and Alex Telles.

Lee Grant has been preferred over the Argentine shot-stopper along with Dean Henderson, who returned to United in the summer from Sheffield United.

United were drawn in Group H of the Champions League, and face a difficult task against Paris Saint-Germain, RB Leipzig and Istanbul Basaksehir.
