Manchester City have allowed Aleix Garcia to sign for Dinamo Bucharest.
The midfielder has been with the Citizens since 2015, when he arrived from Spanish side Villarreal.
He played nine first team games, including a goal against Swansea in the EFL Cup in 2016.
But most of his time at City has been spent on loan, including spells at Girona in Italy and Mouscron in Belgium.
Now he will play in the Romanian top flight permanently. City wished him well on their official website.
