Manchester City will likely loan Filip Stevanovic back to Partizan Belgrade for the remainder of this season.
18-year-old Stevanovic is set to complete a move to City in January after the Premier League club beat off competition to seal a £6m transfer.
It remains unlikely the youngster is ready to compete for minutes at the Etihad.
As such, the Manchester Evening Newsclaims Stevanovic will be loaned back to Serbia, with another loan spell likely for next season.
