Rangers are still keen on signing Newcastle United star Jacob Murphy.
The winger has impressed so far this season under Steve Bruce in the Premier League.
Scottish giants Rangers have had an interest in Murphy since the summer.
Now the Daily Record claims Gers boss Steven Gerrard still wants to sign the Englishman.
But it is unclear if the player would want the move, when he could sign a new contract with Newcastle.
He may be happy at getting more game time with the Magpies this season.
