Borussia Dortmund chief Michael Zorc acknowledges Jadon Sancho is struggling for form.
Ahead of defeat to Bayern Munich on the weekend, BVB coach Lucien Favre suggested Manchester United's attempts to sign the winger over the summer had unsettled Sancho.
And Zorc stated after the loss: "He's had better and more efficient games.
"At the moment he lacks this natural positivity.
"Of course we also talk to him, but positivity cannot be just created from nowhere."
