RB Salzburg's sporting director Cristoph Freund expects Borussia Dortmund striker Erling Haaland to join Liverpool.
The 20-year-old scoring sensation sealed a move to Borussia Dortmund last January after exploding onto the scene in Austria.
Since arriving in Germany, Haaland has scored 24 goals in 27 appearances.
Freund was replying to former Germany star Lothar Matthaus who name-dropped Liverpool when discussing Haaland's future.
"He will land there," he replied.
He added to Sky90: "He can play for any club in the world. With his mentality, his will and self confidence, he will be able to make a mark on European football in the next ten years."
