West Ham United and Fulham are among a number of clubs tracking Philadelphia Union starlet Kai Wagner.
The 23-year-old left-back has played 44 times for Union in Major League Soccer.
A host of German clubs have been linked with Wagner.
And Sports Illustrated believes two Premier League clubs are staking their claim.
Union have already received offers for their young star.
