MASIDI said with the numbers remaining high in Sabah, it makes sense for Sabah to recommend an extension of the Conditional Movement Control Order (CMCO).

“We hope that some of the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) can be reviewed if the CMCO is extended.

“While the Health Department is fighting against this menace perhaps some sectors of the community which is not really the source of infection or the source of new cases would probably need a bit more relaxed Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) in their daily lives so that they can continue their lives or try to continue their lives as normal as possible while at the same time we maintain the CMCO in Sabah.”

“This is the situation that we are dealing with and we are going to put up some of the suggestions tomorrow when the National Security Council sits.
