Ghulam appointed new YS Director

Kota Kinabalu: Datuk Ghulam Haidar Khan Bahadar has been appointed the new Yayasan Sabah Director, replacing Datuk Hj Jamalul Kiram Datuk Hj Mohd Zakaria. 

“He reported for duty in Menara Tun Mustapha, on Wednesday,” said a statement by Yayasan Sabah, Friday.

Ghulam is the Assemblyman for Kawang and had been serving the constituency since 2004.

He was also Assistant Infrastructure Development Minister from 2013-2018 and Assistant Local Government and Housing Minister from 2008-2013.

He is also Yayasan Sabah Group’s subsidiary company Innovision (PNG) Private Limited chairman.

“With vast extensive experience being a part of Yayasan Sabah Group’s commercial entity, Datuk Ghulam Haidar’s appointment is well-timed as Yayasan Sabah Group moves forward towards excellence while substantiating educational and economic opportunities for the people of Sabah,” said the statement.
