Levante goalkeeper Aitor Fernandez has revealed past interest from Arsenal.
Fernandez was outstanding last season and attracted interest from the Gunners and Athletic Bilbao over the summer.
He confirmed to AS: "Yes it is true that there have been contacts.
"I was asked by quite a few clubs and it is true that those two are true.
"But here I have been very happy, I am and I hope to be in the future. So there is no more to talk about. I feel very wrapped up in Levante and there is no more history."
