Having played a crucial role during the Portuguese boss' opening months in charge, Alli has fallen rapidly down the pecking order.
The 24 year-old has played just 66 minutes of Premier League football so far this season, starting in just one of Tottenham's seven top-flight fixtures against Everton in which he was substituted at half-time.
