Cagliari striker Giovanni Simeone has left the door open to a move to Leeds United.
Leeds were linked with the Argentine over the summer and the son of Atletico Madrid coach Diego Simeone has left the door open to a future switch.
"I enjoy being in Cagliari, but I would like to change at some point in my career to keep developing," he said.
"Maybe to Spain or England..."
Earlier this season, Cagliari supremo Tommaso Giulini spoke openly about Leeds' interest.
