AS Roma are making a move for Lille sporting director Luis Campos.

The Portuguese is in the process of negotiating a departure from LOSC after falling out with football chief Marc Ingla.

Lille president Gerard Lopez is prepared to release Campos from his contract, with the transfers guru being linked with Manchester United.

However, Il Tempo says Roma are also keen.

The Giallorosso need to find a football director after axing Gianluca Petrachi over the summer and Campos is on the shortlist of the club's new owners, the Friedkin Group.
