Chelsea are willing to release Fikayo Tomori on-loan in January.
The England U21 defender has found himself frozen out this season following the arrival of Thiago Silva and Toni Rudiger's decision to stay with the Londoners.
Blues boss Frank Lampard is a big fan of Tomori and is against selling him.
Instead, reports the Telegraph, a loan move is set to be proposed to Tomori's minders.
Tomori has managed just three appearances this season.
