Everton manager Carlo Ancelotti feels for Ole Gunnar Solskjaer ahead of today's meeting with Manchester United.

Solskjaer knows his side need an improved performance ahead of the upcoming international break when they face Everton away on Saturday lunchtime.

The Toffees have been one of the surprise packages in the Premier League so far this season and Ancelotti admits he does sympathies with Solskjaer amid such public scrutiny.

"I have sympathy for him because our job is not so easy," Ancelotti told talkSPORT.

"But Ole Gunnar wants to be a manager and so he has pressure now and I have pressure now."
