Kota Kinabalu: Deputy Chief Minister Datuk Seri Bung Moktar Radin (pic) on Saturday urged the Federal Government via the Works Ministry (KKR) to return the Pan Borneo Highway project to the Sabah Government in the 2021 Budget to be unveiled on Nov 6.He said his priorities at this time, apart from addressing the Covid-19 pandemic, include infrastructure development which he intends to highlight in his Budget debate later on. The State Works Minister said among his plans is to immediately resume work on the disrupted Pan Borneo Highway.
