Kota Kinabalu: The Malaysian Maritime Enforcement Agency (MMEA) on Sunday partnered with non-governmental organisation, Persatuan Anak Perak Sabah (Paps), to distribute food baskets to six villages in Karambunai, here.

“As a Federal agency, we are constantly working with the State Government to reduce the people’s burden during this Covid-19 pandemic,” said MMEA Sabah and Labuan Director, First Admiral Datuk Rosli Abdullah.

Prompted by the awareness that many are faced with difficulties in the context of economy, Rosli and his MMEA team decided to do their bit by using their personal resources to buy food for those in need.
