The 20-year-old has scored a stunning 15 goals and assisted a further three in just 25 games this season.
According to Calcio Mercato, Arsenal, Lazio, Juventus and AC Milan in the interest in the Brazilian.
The latter three clubs could have an advantage as Brenner is eligible for an Italian passport through relatives on his mother's side.
Paris Saint-Germain and Ajax are also interested.
The interested parties will be buoyed by the news that Sao Paulo are willing to accept a fee lower than Brenner's £45m release clause.
