Over 1,000 food baskets for villagers in Lamag

KINABATANGAN: Some 1,082 food baskets had been distributed to 12 villages in Lamag, here, to lessen the burden of villagers affected by the Covid-19 pandemic.

Lamag Assemblyman Datuk Seri Bung Moktar Radin, when contacted, said he had instructed his officers to carry out the distribution and ensure none are left out. 

Bung, who is presently in Kuala Lumpur to prepare for the upcoming Parliament sitting, also hoped the affected residents in the said villages will be patient while waiting for his officers to deliver the contribution.
