Former Arsenal midfielder Mathieu Flamini has laughed off talk of buying the club.
Flamini has dismissed the notion he will attempt to buy Arsenal after rubbishing claims he has £27billion in the bank.
Former Gunners midfielder Flamini is co-founder of GF Biochemicals, the first company able to produce Levulinic acid - an environmentally-friendly alternative to oil - on a large scale.
Quizzed by The Athletic on whether he could launch a takeover bid at Arsenal, Flamini said: “No! Don't ask me how I'll be involved in football, because it's not something I've thought about.
"But, definitely, it's something which I've been part of forever in my life. I will always want to be part of this community."
