TAWAU: Police solved 10 burglary cases with the arrest of eight suspects aged 19 to 36 – all without documents – in separate arrests from Nov. 3 to 16.Tawau district police chief, ACP Peter Umbuas, said among items confiscated and believed to have be stolen are appliances and household items as well as mobile phones of various brands estimated to be worth RM35,000 (pic). He said the main suspect was arrested on Nov. 3 at 9 am in front of a restaurant on Jalan Pasaraya 2 which led to the arrest of seven other Indonesians and Filipinos suspects around the district.
