Liverpool captain Jordan Henderson has collected a groin injury while on England duty.
The Times reports that he is likely to miss the game at Anfield, giving Jurgen Klopp another headache ahead the clash with Premier League leaders Leicester City.
The midfielder suffered the injury in England's game with Belgium on Sunday and returned to Liverpool on Monday after withdrawing from Gareth Southgate's squad.
The Liverpool boss had already been dealt a huge blow on Wednesday when Mohamed Salah tested positive for coronavirus for a second time.
Klopp is also without long-term absentees Virgil van Dijk and Joe Gomez while Trent Alexander-Arnold is facing another three weeks on the sidelines after picking up a calf injury against Manchester City.
