Labuan Sikh Society contributes to poor families

LABUAN: Being one of the smallest NGOs here was no reason for the Labuan Sikh Society not to contribute to those affected by the Covid-19 pandemic.

The Society donated 50 baskets of dry food in front of the Gurudwara (Sikh temple) to the Welfare Department for distribution to deserving families.

The packages were handed over by the deputy chairman Balvir Singh to Deputy CEO of Labuan Corporation Rithuan Ismail who represented the chairman of the Labuan Disaster Committee Dr Fary Akmal Osman.
