West Ham United youngster Ben Johnson was delighted to score in their 2-2 draw with Brighton on Sunday.
It is nearly two years since the Hammers youngster last scored - in a Premier League 2 victory over Everton in April 2019.
"I've dreamt about scoring," he told the club's website. "I haven't scored in ages! But to contribute with a goal is an amazing feeling.
"Scoring your first goal and getting off the mark in the Prem is a great feeling for me, especially with the way I took it as well, I'm really happy about that.
"Players were trying to block on the line, [I could see them] in my periphery, and players were trying to run at me, but I think you've just got to stay cool. That's what the best strikers do, they stay cool.
"I tried to do that, keep it on target and that right hand side of the goal was the part that was open and I didn't think the keeper could get back in time, so I just put it there and thankfully it went in."
