This week marks 20 years of Lionel Messi's association with Barcelona.
It was on December 14, 2000, when Messi signed an improvised contract written on a paper napkin as a 12 year-old.
Former Barca coach and sporting director Carles Rexach drew up the contract in the restaurant of Club de Tennis Pompeia de Barcelona to secure Leo's commitment in front of his watching family.
Earlier in the year, Messi had arrived in Barcelona and offered his first ever interview with the club's media channel.
