PSG are launching a bid for Tottenham midfielder Dele Alli.
The French champions tried with loan offers for Alli in the summer transfer window, but Spurs refused to sanction his exit.
However it is now clear Alli does not feature in manager Jose Mourinho's plans, having not made a single Premier League start since the opening-day loss to Everton in which he was substituted at half-time.
He was left on the bench in Tottenham's Europa League win on Thursday night and the club are now prepared to let Alli depart when the transfer window opens next month. PSG think they will get their man, says the Daily Mail.
Alli is open to leaving the Premier League leaders as he seeks first-team football.
