Lazio chief Igli Tare has defended the form of Andreas Pereira.
The 24-year-old was brought in on loan from Manchester United, but has so far contributed one goal in eight competitive games.
“I don't think you can question the quality of a player we signed from Manchester United," Tare told Sky Sport Italia.
“He needed time to settle into a new environment, just as many of the others who arrived this summer.
“It's a process, we need to allow it to take its course, and nobody can doubt the quality of the player."
