Manchester City have gone cold on allowing Oleksander Zinchenko leaving in January.

It was mooted the Ukraine wing-back would be allowed to depart on-loan next month after falling off the first team map this season.

However, it's now emerged City boss Pep Guardiola is reluctant to lose Zinchenko given the glut of matches for City on the horizon.

Zichenko, with a contract to 2024, has been linked with Wolves and also Russian giants Zenit St Petersburg.

This season, he's played six matches and created one assist.
