PENAMPANG: Villages in the district are fortunate to receive financial help from the Ministry of Finance, Sabah (MOF) for erecting stalls for the small business vendors selling local products such as plants, vegetables, eatery shops and others in their respective villages.

The financial assistance helped these villagers to combat with their struggle in their day-to-day livelihood by selling their produce in the “one-stop-centre”, hence easing the burden and need not have to come down to Donggongon township for the trading activity.

Among areas picked to receive the financial assistance were Kg Madsiang, Kg Tindai, Sugud, Kg Notorus, Kg Nampasan and Kg Maang.
