Hertha Berlin coach Bruno Labbadia admits Matteo Guendouzi is already proving himself a locker room leader.
Guendouzi is on a straight season-long loan at Hertha and has established himself as first-choice in Labbadia's midfield.
And the Hertha coach admits he's been delighted with the leadership role Guendouzi has taken on.
He explained: "We're glad we managed to recruit him.
"He is a very, very good player, who has a sense of space and is very technically skilled.
"Although he's young, he gives instructions. He doesn't care at all that he doesn't speak the language."
