Barcelona presidential candidate Victor Font insists he doesn't want to undermine coach Ronald Koeman.
Font has spoken openly of Al Sadd coach Xavi being part of his ticket.
He told Mundo Deportivo: "We are in an unstable situation and we lack leadership. The socios are worried about Sunday's game (against Levante) or the future of (Ronald) Koeman, but you have to understand that it is like that because there is not a good structure.
"It is for this reason that (Lionel) Messi wanted to leave this summer. Having a structure and a defined project is necessary. As for (Ronald) Koeman, he has to be thanked for everything he's done. He arrives in a club without a project, with an economy that does not allow him to recruit and with an unbalanced squad."
