Arsenal midfielder Mesut Ozil would rather retire than play for Tottenham Hotspur.
The German was asked if he would rather join Spurs or retire during a a Twitter Q&A session.
He responded: "Easy question. Retire!"
With his contract expiring in the summer, Ozil is free to reach a pre-contract agreement with foreign clubs.
The 32-year-old has not played for Arsenal since March.
