Arsenal are expected to delay any move for Porto midfielder Otavio until the summer.
The Brazil international is a target for the Gunners, with his contract due to expire in June at Porto.
Any move is unlikely this month, however, as O Jogo reports Otavio still hasn't secured his Portuguese passport.
Things could change before the end of the season, but it's unlikely Arsenal will push to sign Otavio this month with no guarantee of a work permit being secured.
