Public reminded to complain road damage via PWD app

Kota Kinabalu: The Sabah Public Works Department (PWD) has reminded the public to use its application to lodge any complaint related to road damage.

Its Director Ir. Ali Ahmad Hamid (pic) said such complaints can be forwarded to the “Sabah Public Works Department Road Complaints” via the application https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.jkrapp. 

He said the application was developed by the Sabah PWD to obtain the latest information on road damage in the State, especially roads that are under its jurisdiction.

“It is an effort by the Sabah PWD to provide a road network that is safe, comfortable and passable at all times.
