Everton boss Carlo Ancelotti is happy seeing AC Milan revived this past year under coach Stefano Pioli.
Milan are top of the Serie A table and also into the final 32 of the Europa League.
Former Rossoneri coach Ancelotti told Radio Uno: "They're doing very well, this is clear.
"I absolutely do not think that the match against Juventus on Wednesday is decisive.
"Thanks to (Paolo) Maldini, a great job of recruiting young people has been done, given that there was no possibility of exploiting large capital.
"As far as Inter is concerned, the situation is different: there was a strong intervention by an investor."
