Arsenal boss Mikel Arteta has again defended struggling skipper Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang.
Aubameyang, 31, is only seven years younger than manager Mikel Arteta, who is convinced his captain has the experience to get out of his slump despite admitting that he needs more from his star man.
"Yes, but it's not about individuals," Arteta insisted. "It's about what we do as a collective and we have to do more in this.
"And, then, for sure, when you look at these games and how they are won, a lot of times it is because of individuals as opposed to collective actions.
"It is a moment of spark that has to open up these sorts of games - and then the game gets much easier and you get it where you want.
"We have missed that, but it isn't just Auba."
