Olympique Lyon have released the terms settled over the departure of Moussa Dembele to Atletico Madrid.
The France striker moves to Atletico on an initial loan with the option to sign permanently at the end of the season.
Dembele joins Atletico after they released Diego Costa from his contract at the start of the month.
OL announced in a statement: "This loan in the amount of €1.5 million is accompanied by a purchase option set at €33.5 million - to which may be added incentives for a maximum amount of €5 million, as well as a 10% incentive on the capital gain of any future transfer."
